RICHARD : "I TOOK A LOT OF trouble trying to research exactly what this fibre-glass-bodied National guitar is. But it's an absolute nightmare, because they made so many variations. Real National experts have been unable to help. I thought I'd found out what it was, then I came across a catalogue which showed it was something else. In the end I gave up. I do know that it's got the silver transfer on the back of the headstock, which puts it at around 1964 or so."
